I think happiness is less of an emotion,
and more of a state of being.
You can feel happiness, but it’s not the same as being happy.
My head is confused. I am definitely the happiest I’ve ever been. In my whole life. I need to share this feeling with someone. It’s amazing.
It’s also not as hard to achieve as some might think.
How about just for one day, you stop focusing on the negative. Focus on only the good. In people, in events, just in life in general. It’ll be difficult at first, but it gets easier everyday.
Put only positive thoughts and energy into the universe.
I think that words and thoughts have the same power. If you think of something mean about someone else, even if you don’t say it, you still put it out there.
I’m having one of those days where I think the world is beautiful. Fucked up, but beautiful. So are people. Especially the people in my life. Every single one of them has a way of making me want to be a better me. A more proactive person.Together we can change the world. Even though everyone wants to change it into something different.
Today, I’m letting all the walls I’ve put up over the course of my life fall away. I’m going to live the life I’ve always wanted to and stop saying I can’t.
It’s kind of scary, realizing that you can do anything you want, and the only person holding you back is yourself.
The thoughts in my head are jumbled right now. All begging to come out at the same time. It’s okay for now, but I need to figure them all out, so I can share them. If only with myself.
